This Saturday, September 14th, we are excited to introduce everyone to our ABC Fusion Kitchen at the Rosemead Moon Festival. Come join us for music and fun. We have created two special shareable dishes to showcase just how flavorful and versatile our ABC Sweet Soy can be.
First, we have our Popcorn Chicken. These bite-sized chicken pieces are crispy and juicy, topped with your choice of one of our freshly crafted sauces plus sesame seeds and green onions. Each of these four unique sweet soy-infused sauces – Sweet Garlic Butter, Spicy Sweet Garlic Butter, Sesame Soy, and Java Peanut Sauce – brings a mouth-watering twist and burst of flavor to a classic dish we know you will love.
Our second dish is our Pulled Pork Nachos. Slow cooked for 8 hours in ABC Sweet Soy and spices, the tender pork sits on a bed of crispy nacho chips and is topped with our one-of-a-kind coconut cream sauce, Chabé Sambal Chili, and garnished with cilantro and lime. These nachos are big enough to share, but let’s be honest, do you really want to?
