Thai Basil Chicken

Thai Basil Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 2-3 Thai chilis (thinly sliced, add based on desired spice level)
  • 4 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 1 lb of chicken (chopped or ground chicken)
  • 1 Tbsp of Fish Sauce
  • 2Tbsp of ABC® Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 1/3 cup of chicken broth (may use water)
  • 1 cup of fresh basil (thinly sliced)

Direction

  • Add oil into a hot pan. Once hot, add in the chicken and stir fry until chicken browns (3-4 minutes).
  • Stir in the garlic and the Thai chilis.
  • Once the garlic has cooked, we will add all our sauces (ABC® Sweet Soy, Chicken Broth, and Fish Sauce).
  • Continue to stir until the sauce begins to caramelize.
  • Stir the basil into the pan and cook together. You can turn the heat off after 1 minute.
  • Serve over white rice and a fried egg. Enjoy!!!
